By using EMAILFETCHER at https://emailfetcher.site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

EMAILFETCHER lets authorized admins connect a Gmail inbox and share the latest unread email with end users through secure access codes. The service is read-only — it does not send, delete, or modify email.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Only connect Gmail accounts you are authorized to use
Share access codes only with intended recipients
Not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
Comply with Google's Terms of Service and applicable laws

3. Admin accounts

Admins are responsible for managing their access codes, connected Gmail accounts, and end-user access. Main admins are responsible for admins they create.

4. End-user access

End users access email content by entering a 6-digit code provided by an admin. Codes are valid for the configured access period. End users must not attempt to bypass security controls.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (including Google), or force majeure may cause downtime.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of emails displayed through the service — that content comes from the connected Gmail account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMAILFETCHER and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Admins may disconnect Gmail and delete accounts at any time. Access codes expire automatically after their configured period.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data, including Google user data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
